This program is designed exclusively for students whose main interest is Mixed Martial Arts. It's designed for both students whose goal is to fight and also for students that are not interested in fighting but still want to get the positive benefits of Mixed Martial Arts Training. This program is for the student that wants to become a COMPLETE well-rounded martial artist. Students enrolled in our Mixed Martial Art Program will be invited to all of our Private closed-door training sessions.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Whether you're a fighter planning to compete in MMA, or whether you're an individual simply looking for a non-traditional workout, the training you will receive at NJMA will give you the best overall workout available. From serious toning to increased endurance to a fight mentality, Thai boxing will get you where you want to go, both physically and mentally. In addition to the intense, full-body workout, you also get self-defense skills that can be applied to real-world situations very quickly.
We highly recommend our Muay Thai Kick boxing program to students who are looking to round out their self defense skills or those students that want to fight MMA on an amateur or professional level.
