Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals
This class focuses on learning and applying fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students practice various techniques using a traditional Gi/kimono. Students will learn and practice submissions, escapes, positioning and self defense.
The fundamentals class is directed not only for the beginner but also for the more advanced students who would like to sharpen basic techniques.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Mixed levels
This class is designed for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students interested in advanced technique for competitions and self- defense. Students will learn and practice advanced sweeps, advanced submissions, advanced escapes and counters, how to reverse an attacker and how to force your opponent into submission. This class is also aimed to competition. Competition is encouraged but not required.
Submission Grappling
This class focuses on learning and applying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the traditional GI/kimono. Students practice various techniques wearing shorts and a t-shirt.
The NO-GI training makes it a faster and more dynamic style of fighting. If you are interested in a good fitness program or just to be a more complete fighter, the NO-GI program offers a good combination of both.
